Sticky Tack House ("we", "us") is a creative agency and video production company based in Montreal, Quebec. This policy explains what personal information we collect through stickytackhouse.com, our Google ads and our other contact channels, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, or a lead form on one of our Google ads: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), company name (if you provide it) and the details of your project or message.
When you call or email us: your name, contact details and anything you choose to share about your project.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect:

pages visited, time on the site, and how you arrived (for example from a Google search or ad)
your general location (city or region), device type, browser and language
whether you submitted a form after clicking one of our ads

We don't collect sensitive information, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 14.

Why we use it

We use your personal information only to:

reply to your inquiry and prepare quotes or proposals
provide our services and manage our relationship with clients

Wix (website hosting and contact forms)
Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google lead forms)
the email and file-sharing tools we use to work with clients

These providers may store information on servers outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States. Before sharing information outside Quebec, we check that it will be adequately protected. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client information is kept as long as required for our business and legal obligations (for example accounting records). After that, we securely delete or anonymize it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, including access limited to the people who need it and password-protected accounts with our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities if a privacy incident creates a risk of serious harm.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

access the personal information we hold about you
correct information that is wrong or incomplete
delete your information, or stop using it, when it's no longer needed
withdraw your consent at any time (for example, to stop receiving follow-ups)
